Modular construction means a home is built in sections, called modules, and delivered to the home site. A modular home is still stick built, it just happens to be stick built off site in a factory. Construction can start in the factory before the site work is done and the foundation is ready. We begin building the home when materials and labor are ready, not the home site. Construction of the home in the factory is scheduled to coincide almost perfectly with the completion of the foundation onsite. Within days of the home site being ready, we deliver the modular home on carriers to the property.

On the day following delivery, we typically start the installation process. It can take as little as a single day to crane lift all of the modules of the home off of the carriers and place them gently on your prepared foundation. The roof is quickly assembled and the attachments are made to the foundation. The carriers are taken back to the factory. After several weeks the home is connected to the utilities onsite and the locations where the modular homes sections opened to each other are completed. The exterior finishes are completed and the home is ready for move in.
