How to Get Started On Your Modular Home
With modular construction, a new Pearl, MS home requires significant and thoughtful planning which should be completed at the outset of your project strategy. Then the site facilities such as water wells, septic/sewer, water lines and power are put in place, followed by installing the perimeter footing which will support the modules. These items must be completed in advance of construction is started at the module production site, where modules are built within an indoor environment by a team of experienced professionals, without weather slow downs or building location material losses as compared to traditional home construction. The last building step would be to prepare for installation of the thirty-foot zone that is perfectly level which is then used for the staging area for the construction crane used to place the modules on the perimeter footing.
Once the construction of your modules is finished and they are delivered to your home location we start the key step of the assembly - the setting of your modules by the assembly team using construction crane equipment. Once these are placed, the final phase of your installation will be the finishing the installation of utilities, painting, installing the flooring, and the create of the appliances. Cleaning top to bottom and testing makes sure everything is in good working order and the final home inspections and occupancy permits will be secured. Generally, the external perimeter driveway, patios, walks and decking are set up to complete the work and the home is ready for moving in.
