Designing Your Modular Home
By being constructed in a factory, you have peace of mind knowing that your new home started its construction with quality built right in. It all happens very quickly at this point in the process. At this stage, the site and basement utilities get completed, the heating system is installed (if not factory completed) and the concrete and yard work are completed. In the final stage, the interior finish will be completed between the modular sections, this will include finishing floor seams, center wall doors and jambs, and drywall and paint touch up. Most modular homes will be completed within approximately 6 weeks of delivery and ready for you to enjoy!
